Founder Retirement and Firm Dissolution Announcement

 

The Law Office of Scott A. Mills PLLC announces that Scott Mills, the Firm's Founder and Managing Member, has retired from the practice of law in all jurisdictions effective January 1, 2023. Additionally, the Firm, Law Office of Scott A. Mills PLLC, has notified the Virginia State Corporation Commission that is has ceased to operate as a professional limited liability company under Virginia law, and the Firm has been granted dissolution by the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Firm has ceased its existence and all operations. Clients of the Firm may continue to contact Scott Mills via emails for referrals of counseling and litigation matters to other firms and attorneys.
